Annual General Meeting

Location: Zoom and Gym D
Learn what we’ve been up to over the last year, vote in the board election, or even run for the board! The meeting will be held virtually via Zoom, with limited in-person attendance in Gym D. You can also join the Zoom meeting by phone.

Voting Eligibility

All those who are members of the Society as of 9:00pm on May 11, 2021, are eligible to vote in the election and stand for election.

You can obtain a membership over the phone by calling 604.718.5800 (1) or online here. Memberships are valid until December 31, 2022.

If attending the AGM online, you will be asked for personal information to confirm membership status when you enter the Zoom meeting.
