Sustenance Festival & Fashion FEAST 2012

Centered on World Food Day, Sustenance Festival is a celebration which reflects the local and global intersection of art, culture and food! Come join the fun, enter an exciting dialogue with food and get a slice of Vancouver’s rapidly changing food landscape.

Fashion FEAST - Where what you wear is what you eat!

 

Join us for a celebration of art and food.  East FEAST Vancouver in partnership with the Sustenance Festival presents a micro-funding event in support of local artists. FASHION FEAST, Funding Emerging Arts with Sustainable Tactics lets the community choose! Three artists, previously shortlisted for the event will be presenting and competing for a micro-grant of up to a maximum of $750 for the Artist receiving the most votes; $250 for the Artist with the second highest votes; $150 for the Artist with the third highest votes.

 

Be part of the FEAST audience and vote!  Winning artists are announced at the FEAST.

 

The Fashion FEAST supports the creation of innovative, wearable art made of natural, plant-based materials.
