Information Session: Call for Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh Artists

Join us in-person at the šx?q?el?w?n ct carving pavilion to learn more about the šx?q?el?w?n ct carving pavilion tent project. Come see the site and ask us any of your questions about the application process, submission guidelines, review process, and how Britannia can support you in creating your design.

Britannia invites artists to submit designs that can be laid out and printed on 10x10’ pop-up tents, see attached template. These tents will be used to activate the šx?q?el?w?n ct carving pavilion through outdoor programs and events such as Indigenous markets, plant medicine workshops, and programming for youth and elders.

 

This is an invitation for artists from the Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh Nations to create meaningful gestures for this important place of gathering, learning, and creativity.
