Refunds and Cancellations

REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO A $5 ADMINISTRATION FEE
If you are not satisfied with a program, bring your receipt to the pool office and tell us why. Your refund may be pro-rated from the day of request and refunded according to the method of payment. Sorry, no refunds on memberships. Refunds are not processed online.

COURSE CANCELLATION POLICY: Courses are cancelled when too many people wait until the last minute to register. We need a minimum number enrolled before a course will run. We cancel courses one week before the start date. Programs may also be cancelled at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
