SET UP AN ONLINE ACCOUNT

 

How to register for Winter programs:

  • In person at the Pool Cashier and Info Centre and online starts Tuesday, December 6, 2011 at 9:00 am.
    Cash, Debit, Cheque, Visa and MasterCard payments are accepted at the pool. No cash payments at the Info Centre please.
    Please note: Online customer accounts are not the same as Community Centre memberships and current Britannia memberships are also required to register online.
     
  • Phone-in registration starts Tuesday, December 6, 2011 at 1:00 pm. Register over the phone @ 604.718.5800, space permitting, Visa and MasterCard only. Please do NOT leave a message, as we may not be able to get back to you before classes are full.
     
  • Registration Hours:
    Monday to Thursday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm
    Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
    Saturday 9:30 am to 4:00 pm
    Sunday 10:30 am to 3:00 pm

Tax receipts: Receipts for tax purposes can be reprinted online (including 'in person' registrations). Follow these steps to print your receipt.
