Great class...all levels of skill and talent are encouraged to participate. Susan manages to be unjudgemental while encouraging students. Once she gets to know the students she will "critique" their work through suggestions and positive reinforcement. I do believe that some participants were disappointed because the classes were not structured lessons with "outcomes" which would be impossible when a class is open to all levels.
The material was more structured in that she introduced a water colour different technique in each class. Everyone's accomplishments were honoured and shared with the class. Everyone was treated equally no matter what their skill level was.
It was so good, I plan to do it again at the end of April.
On a scale of 1 to 5, 5 being excellent I would give Susan a 4.5 just so there is room to grow.
