City of Vancouver 3-1-1

On April 19, 2011 Britannia began participating in the City of Vancouver 3-1-1 call handling system.  When you dial Britannia's main phone number 604.718.5800, you will hear this message:

 Thank you for calling Britannia Community Centre.
- For general information such as hours of operation, facility schedules, locations and rates, Press 1.
- To register for an event, ask questions about a program, or locate someone on premises, Press 2.

This permits general information to be handled by 3-1-1 (Press 1) and the more specific program questions to be answered by Britannia staff (Press 2).
